Earlier this week, the streetwear world woke up to news of VF Corporation’s eventual acquisition of Supreme. The brand’s found father, James Jebbia, is typically one to evade the spotlight, allowing Supreme’s diverse range of goods to speak up for him, however, did his best to appease the brand’s steadfast following with a public statement. “We are proud to join VF, a world-class company that is home to great brands we’ve worked with for years, including The North Face, Vans, and Timberland. This partnership will maintain our unique culture and independence, while allowing us to grow on the same path we’ve been on since 1994,” Jebbia shared.

With that in mind, Supreme welcomes the above move with a collaborative capsule alongside one of its new sister companies. Over the years, Supreme has done well to rework a swarm of signature Timberland staples, including imaginative interpretations of the 3-Eye Lug Shoe, World Hiker Boot, and Field Boot, amongst others. The streetwear stalwart took to Instagram earlier today with new images of Timberland’s iconic 6-Inch Boot. Hitting the scene in three distinct colorways—blue, tan and black—each makes use of premium nubuck throughout the upper, and is accompanied by the model’s infamous padded collar along the back. As far as artistic accents go, co-branded emblems take up space along the side panels with a debossed Timberland® logo resting on the heel.

The new Supreme x Timberland 6-Inch Boot will be made available online come November 12. In other collaborative footwear news, Nike and Supreme recently unveiled a new Air Max Plus.
